Operational Support

Provide support to the OHS Clinical Operations and Health Technology Manager

- Assist in OHS workforce management which includes but not limited to, scheduling, planning, time and attendance tracking, performance management, Compliance and Labor Law Adherence, and workforce reporting

- Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinic operations, teleconsultation, and patient support programs.

- Support the execution of operational strategies to ensure compliance with company standards, ISO Quality Management System, and client expectations.

-Provide support in identifying opportunities for account growth and service diversification.

-Collaborate with Account Coordinators to help implement business strategies effectively.

-Collaborate with other Unit within the organization (HR, IT, etc) to resolve issues

Quality & Compliance

-Support the implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain service excellence.

-Assist in handling and resolving client concerns, ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction targets are met.

-Maintain up-to-date knowledge management databases and updated guidelines to support clinical operations.

Communication & Coordination

-Act as a liaison between the Clinical Programs Manager and other departments, ensuring smooth coordination of tasks.

-Prepare reports and presentations for performance reviews and strategy meetings.

Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree Business Management, Nursing, or a health related field.

-At least 1-2 years of experience in clinic operations, occupational health services, or business support roles.

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and drive improvements.

-Familiarity with workforce management, business operations, and healthcare services.

-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data reporting tools.
