Job Description:

1. Facilitates and monitors availments at the PCMC.
2. Discusses with member the extent of coverage or non-coverage of availment.
3. Receives and handles availment queries from members. 
4. Resolves availment complaints of members, otherwise elevates to the Clinic Supervisor.
5. Prepares and submit pertinent reports as may be assigned by the Clinic Supervisor.
6. Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Customer Care/Clinic Supervisor or Manager for the PCMCs & Department Head from time to time.
7. Assist on the review of all reimbursement medical claims requirement/s submitted by company card members to ALGA.
8. Assist on the endorsements of member enrollments both addition and deletion.
