The Account Coordinator in the clinical management industry plays a vital role in supporting client accounts and ensuring the smooth operation of clinical projects. This position is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, coordinating services, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks related to clinical programs. The Account Coordinator ensures that all client needs are met, timelines are adhered to, and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
    • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates on project progress

Project Coordination and Execution:

  • Assist in the coordination, and execution of clinical management programs.
  • Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed on time, and according to client specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain client documentation, including contracts, agreements, meeting notes, and reports.
  • Manage deployed staff, schedule, and assist in preparing agendas and presentations.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client accounts and project deliverables.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Monitor the quality of clinical management services provided to clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation for audits, inspections, and client reviews.
  • Ensure that all documentation and processes align with regulatory requirements.

Payroll Support:

  • Ontime submission of DTR / Attendnace Report.

Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution:

  • Proactively identify any issues or obstacles in the management of clinical projects.
  • Work with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: Atleast 1yr of experience in account management, project coordination, or clinical operations. Experience in clinical healthcare management is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).
    • Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
