JOB DESCRIPTION:
END-TO-END RECRUITMENT
- Prepare and plan for the candidate's personal (traits, skills, and characteristics aligned with the position to be filled) and job description following the Manpower Request Form submitted by the unit.
- Source candidates internally (Employee Referral Program) or externally (job boards, social media, etc.)
- Screen job applications and select shortlists of candidates using the Job Interview Form.
- Hire, negotiate, and extend a job offer and employment contract (details of duties, work schedule, start date, compensation, benefits, and other pertinent details).
- Create an onboarding plan for new employees up to regularization to include.
- Introductions to other team members
- An orientation that covers corporate mission, vision, values, and code of Conduct of the company
- A training schedule to help new staff get acclimated and ready to succeed
- Evaluation by the immediate supervisor on the 3rd and 5th months.
- Provide the contract and letter for regularization and endorse them to the HR recruitment staff handling the particular unit.
