The group are an independent Pharmacy Group with multiple sites across Essex.

While a qualified pharmacist is preferred, we also welcome applications from individuals with extensive pharmacy operations experience who may not hold a pharmacist qualification.

Position: Pharmacy Operations Manager

Location: Essex, United Kingdom

Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £70,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the operations of multiple community pharmacy sites. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain operational standards, ensuring efficient pharmacy services and compliance with regulations.
  • Promotion of Services: Develop and execute strategies to promote various pharmacy services to the community.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Office and collaborate with the group in-store to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Supportive Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and leadership to pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and motivated team environment.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • Pharmacy Experience: A strong background in pharmacy operations, managing multiple community pharmacy sites, and promoting services.
  • Pharmacist Qualification : While a qualified pharmacist is preferred, we also welcome applications from individuals with extensive pharmacy operations experience who may not hold a pharmacist qualification.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for travel between pharmacy locations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and support a team, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
