As a Demi Chef, you will take on a more advanced role in food preparation and cooking, overseeing a specific section of the kitchen. Your duties include managing food production, maintaining consistency in presentation and taste, and assisting in training junior staff. You will also be responsible for inventory control, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring compliance with hotel standards.
