LOCATION: CORPORATE HEAD OFFICE, TOKYO

Job Summary

The ideal candidate is a skilled creative professional that thrives in a team environment. You will create the look, layout and features of our product tools, websites and landing pages.

Candidate having a prior experience in either hospitality industry, any travel agency or any related field will be given preference.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in web design
   
2. Proficient in Photoshop and other graphics tools (Illustrator, Image Ready, etc.)
   
3. Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JQuery
   
4. Understanding of UX/UI (user experience/user interface) design
   
5. Experience using Google Analytics or any other Analysis tools / software preferred
   
6. Knowledge of using Content Management Systems (CMS)

*NOTE: Business Level proficiency in Japanese and English language is mandatory

Responsibilities

1. Designing the corporate website
   
2. Creation, editing and design of Group hotels and ryokan websites
   
3. Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent web experiences
   
4. Continually improve and optimize user experience for sites
   
5. Banner creation Image processing
   
6. Collaborate in concept development and design ideation cross-functionally to help define a creative strategy
   
7. SEO, SEM application in web design
   
8. Other operations related to digital marketing
