Job Summary
In this position, you will assist the Talent Acquisition Manager(Recruiter) in the hiring process. As an Assistant Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by assisting in job description development, sourcing qualified candidates through various channels, screening applications, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communication, managing data in recruitment systems, facilitating onboarding activities, and contributing to recruitment marketing efforts. With a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you'll help ensure a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams as we build a talented and diverse workforce.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field
- More than 3 years of experience in an equivalent or similar position within some International Hotel companies or hospitality industry
- Ability to communicate in Japanese and English (Business Level Written and Spoken)
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills
- Must be 59 years or below
