 HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT RECRUITER


The Recruiter is responsible for coordinating the entire recruitment process including understanding recruitment needs and using an appropriate approach to identify and hire human resources.
 This is an important job that supports the company's business operations by conducting a wide range of recruitment activities in collaboration with the HMI Hotel Group's human resources team and external partners.


The Recruiter's tasks include the following:

 1. Implement effective recruitment activities
  *Build good relationships with relevant organizations so that job information can be published in the best media, including social media, job information bulletin boards, and industry publications. Foster relationships of trust.
 2. Applicant management, communication and coordination
  *Work with head office department managers or general managers of group hotels to accurately establish hiring criteria, confirm that candidates are suitable for the hiring department/hotel, and in addition, make sure you meet the required skills.
  *Communicate with internal department heads/hotel general managers, conduct interviews, and manage records. Coordinate communication with candidates.
  *Ensure that all candidate details and data are kept confidential in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
 3. Regarding the recruitment of foreign employees, we will manage and process visa applications, documents necessary for residence permits in Japan, and residence locations (condominiums/apartments/employee dormitories).
 4. Other duties include in-house training related to recruitment.

Application Requirements

1. Over 3 years of experience in recruiting in the human resources department
2. Basic PC skills, experience using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
3. Language skills - Japanese: Business level or above
                  English: Daily conversation level (basic level)

4. Familiarity with Japan's Labor Standards Act and Labor Contract Law
5.Two or more years of experience in a similar position at an international hotel chain is favourable.
6.Preferential treatment will be given depending on experience, knowledge, ability, qualifications, etc.

Estimated annual income

: 4,000,000 yen to 6,500,000 yen 

*Estimated annual income is a guideline only. It may go up or down through the selection process. 

Allowances:

Meal allowance, skill allowance (national qualification selected by the company), commuting allowance (separately paid according to company regulations)

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:15-17:45 (actual working time 7 hours 30 minutes) - 1 hour break
Saturday 9:15-15:00 (actual working time 4 hours 45 minutes) - 1 hour break

Holidays/VacationSundays, holidays, every other Saturday, year-end and New Year
Holidays, Annual paid leave, Condolence leave, etc.

Salary increases once a year 


Group hotel usage preferential treatment system (up to 2nd degree of relatives can stay for 5,000 yen per night with breakfast)
