Personal Assistant (Real Estate)

A limited company incorporation in Hong Kong is in order to support strategic initiatives in real estate development and cultural partnerships, the senior leadership team seeks a highly discreet Personal Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and business correspondence
  • Assist in real estate development operations
  • Process government and institutional reports for domestic business in China
  • Manage documentation for cultural arts projects
  • Conduct occasional business travel to Mainland China

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree from Hong Kong, Mainland China or overseas universities;
  • Experience in secretarial or administrative roles;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Proficient computer skills including Chinese/English typing and Microsoft Office.
