Personal Assistant (Real Estate)
A limited company incorporation in Hong Kong is in order to support strategic initiatives in real estate development and cultural partnerships, the senior leadership team seeks a highly discreet Personal Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks and business correspondence
- Assist in real estate development operations
- Process government and institutional reports for domestic business in China
- Manage documentation for cultural arts projects
- Conduct occasional business travel to Mainland China
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree from Hong Kong, Mainland China or overseas universities;
- Experience in secretarial or administrative roles;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
- Proficient computer skills including Chinese/English typing and Microsoft Office.
