About the job Executive Secretary
Executive Secretary to the CEO (Insurance)
An International Insurance Company, providing one-stop risk- and wealth-management services with her scope of business ranges from insurance, investment, and retirement to MPF. To cope with her business expansion, CEO Office is looking for a high-calibre Executive Secretary to take care of the overall administration and secretarial functions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full secretarial service and business & administrative support to the CEO
- Assist in arranging appointments and meetings, and follow up on delegated tasks to ensure the progress of deadlines and keep project on schedule;
- Coordinate and liaise with various internal departments and external business partners on business operations and event management;
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above in business administration or a related field, preferably in Linguistics or Communication
- Experience in servicing top executives in comprehensive companies is highly preferred
- Mature personality, work smart, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing;
