Senior Officer, Sales Promotion (Life Insurance)
An International Insurance Company, providing one-stop risk- and wealth-management services with her scope of business ranges from insurance, investment, and retirement to MPF. To cope with her business expansion, they are looking for dynamic and highly motivated Executive to join their Agency Marketing Team.
Responsibilities:
Organize and execute agency events, such as conferences, sales meetings, seminars, exhibitions, luncheons and dinners
Prepare Preparation Deck, corporate premiums, souvenirs, trophies and promotion materials
Provide administrative support for the agency database and event library
Negotiate and coordinate with external vendors and design houses Review and monitor the budgets of all those events and functions
Requirements:
University graduates with at least 3 years working experience in Event Marketing, preferably in insurance industry
Enjoy event coordination and organization Positive attitude with strong service sense
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to details
A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
