(Senior) Credit Risk Manager

A reputable China-based Bank with its Group Company listed in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre Credit Risk Manager in supporting Credit Risk Management in Risk Management Department.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct independent credit assessment and validation of credit applications, including internal ratings, compliance of policies and regulations and make recommendations for approval

• Cover clients mainly from PRC large corporate clients and NBFI, as well as those in the New Economy industries

• Conduct on-going monitoring over large exposure, credit rating, early warning and risk concentration

• Contribute to the formulation and review of credit risk policies and guidelines to cope with regulatory changes

• Perform ad hoc projects or assignments

Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Risk Management or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate/structured credits and cross border transactions for PRC corporate clients and NBFI, either within a credit risk function or business line in banking industry

• Good understanding in key market and industry dynamics as well as regulatory changes, especially that of PRC

• Strong expertise in risk and financial analysis, cash flow projections and banking products

• CFA, FRM, Accountant or HKIB ECF-CRM would be an advantage

• Proficiency in written Chinese and English, fluency in Putonghua is preferred

• Good PC skills in MS Word and Excel

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Credit Risk Manager
