Chief Executive Officer (SFC Licensed Corporation)
A full Licensed Corporation with RA1, 2, 4, 5 & 9, together with EAM (External Asset Management) business & Insurance Broker, is looking for a visionary & entrepreneurial CEO to oversee all business platforms.
Responsibilities
- Build company culture, provide inspired leadership, establish a great working relationship with the board of directors, and set the Companys strategy
- Implement the Companys vision, mission and direction and lead the development of the overall strategy
- Formulate business strategies and plan to achieve the operating profit of the business lines
- Oversee the complete operation in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans
- Lead, motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing team Oversee and ensure all the operations and procedures meet the regulatory bodys requirements
- Manage the entire operations and internal control of all the business lines, ensuring that the business entities be operated within acceptable risks and in compliance with statutory requirements
- Act as Responsible Officers with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC regulated activities of the firm, such as SFC Type 1, 2, 4 & 5 & 9 regulated activities
- Drive the overall business lines and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's or above Degree in Business Studies, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
- Minimum 15 years of solid experience in dealings & advising of securities, futures & asset management and related management experience
- Current holder of SFC unconditional Responsible Officer license for Types 1, 2, 4 & 5 & 9 regulated activities preferred
- Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities, such as SFC and HKEx), risk management control, etc.
- Solid understanding about middle and back office operations, risk controls and investment process of fund management companies;
- Ability to work under pressure, with strong analytical, leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
