Accounting & Admin Assistant
About the job Accounting & Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Support general bookkeeping and handle daily accounting functions such as accounting entries, AP & AR, prepare cheques, invoices, petty cash, etc
- Perform documents checking, data entries, payments, filing, bank reconciliation and general clerical & office administrative support
- Provide general HR support
- Handle other ad hoc assignments and office administration works
- Report to seniors
Requirements:
- LCCI Inter or diploma in accountancy disciplines
- Minimum 2-3 years solid experience in related field
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proactive, willing to learn and detail-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure & independently and to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook Express) and Chinese Word Processing
