Project Management Manager, (Banking)

A reputable China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre HR Manager to act as Business Partner in supporting various HR Functions for designated Business Units.

Responsibilities:

• § Coordinate with different departments, monitor implementation progress of business projects to ensure the strategic objectives of the bank be achieved

• § Responsible for report preparation including the business development plans, strategic reports and business performance reports of the bank

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Management or related disciplines with at least 5 years banking experience;

• Good project management and organizational skills with strategic mindset;

• Analytical, independent and possession of good communication skills;

• Great sense of ownership, excellent ability to work under pressure and independently with good time management

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.

• Immediate available is highly preferred.

• Good command of spoken & written Chinese & English and Fluency in Putonghua is a plus

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Management Manager
