About the job Personal Assistant to the Chairman

A reputable Conglomerate (with various kinds of business, such as Property Development, Property Management, Hotel & Club Management, Car Park operations, etc.) listed in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre Personal Assistant to serve the Chairman and coordinate with various business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full secretarial service and business & administrative support to the Chairman
  • Assist in arranging appointments and meetings, and follow up on delegated tasks to ensure the progress of deadlines and keep project on schedule;
  • Coordinate and liaise with various internal departments and external business partners on business operations and event management;

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or above in business administration or a related field, preferably in Linguistics or Communication
  • Experience in servicing top executives in comprehensive companies in highly preferred
  • Mature personality, work smart, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing;
