Senior Project Manager, Materials Engineering (China)

Our client, a reputable & sizable provider of integrating transportation & warehousing services, offer procurement, research & development, trading, sales service of petrochemical products in China, is looking for a high-calibre Project Lead in Materials Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Preside over project R&D topics independently, and be proficient in the latest technology in the industry; be able to grasp industry technology development trends and business development trends, and have unique insights into key technologies

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in non-metallic materials, materials engineering and other related majors; candidates with experience in concrete research, building materials industry and other related fields are preferred with a broad thinking and vision & strong R&D capabilities,

• Hold positions equivalent to associate professor or above in well-known foreign universities and scientific research institutions with strong scientific research level and strong scientific and technological innovation capabilities.

• Possess strong creative ability, expansion ability, abstract thinking ability and project management ability, be familiar with the company's product structure, performance, mechanism and usage methods, and have a solid theoretical foundation and technical work experience.

• Possess good professional knowledge, communication and organizational coordination skills, team management experience, a strong sense of confidentiality, dedication to work, good conduct, and no bad records.

• Experience in engaging in natural sciences, engineering technology and other fields, have formal positions in well-known overseas universities, scientific research institutions, and corporate R&D institutions after obtaining a doctorate, and have worked continuously for more than 36 months.

• Professional technical talents and senior management talents who have held senior positions in internationally renowned companies before returning to China

• Talents who have signed or intend to sign contracts with domestic companies or have become major technical and commercial partners of domestic companies.

• Technical and skilled talents who have mastered key technologies in the industrial field or can solve product production process problems.

• Ÿ Good professional knowledge, communication and organizational coordination skills and team management experience

• Ÿ Good interpersonal & teamwork skills

• Ÿ A high sense of responsibility and good professional ethics

• Ÿ Professional technical talents and senior management talents who have held senior positions in internationally renowned companies before returning to China
