Information Technology Manager, Independent Evaluation Team (Banking)

A fast-growing China-based Bank with its Group Company listed in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre IT Manager to join their Independent Evaluation Team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform, support, or lead the independent assessment project
• Liaise with Independent Evaluation Service providers to carry out the assessment work
• Coordinate with various departments/ parties (including IT and other business units) to participate in the independent assessment project
• Perform follow up, tracking, validation, and reporting of the independent evaluation issues
• Handle enquiries from regulators and participate in regulatory reporting
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the team.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ solid project management working experience with strong business knowledge in banking industry
• Experience in IT audit/compliance is highly preferred
• Familiar with the regulatory requirements, e.g. TM-G-1, TM-G-2, TM-E-1, etc.
• Professional qualifications of CISA or equivalent preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills with possession of good problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua preferred
