Senior Business Analyst (Financial Group)

A sizable and reputable Financial Group is looking for a high-calibre Business Analyst to participate in various kinds of systems, such as investment & portfolio management system, trading systems, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Participant in investment, portfolio management system, trading systems, including user requirement gathering, solution design, UAT and post-implementation support;

• Lead and support business & workflow analysis, workflow implementation and enhancement among different teams and stakeholders;

• Prepare user requirement according to product specification and business rule;

• Project management in terms of project life cycle, cost control and vendor management;

• Provide business and technical advice on system reliability, security, technology & integration capabilities;

• Monitor on-going system enhancement/change request to align with business development, compliance and regulatory change;

• Advise administrative procedure to streamline daily operation and improve service standard;

• Perform the user training for new system enhancement and changes.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines;

• At least 8 years of related experience; experience gained from financial or digital platforms will be an advantage;

• Relevant experience in trading system / KYC / AML / cash deposit and withdrawal system / accounting or reporting is an added advantage;

• Experience in API, Cloud platforms, database, Web and Mobile application development related project is a plus;

• Familiar with project management methodology including Agile will be an advantage;

• Strong vendor & stakeholder management, flexible and ability to learn and challenge;

• Hands-on experience in Wealth Management products and compliance program will be an advantage.
