Division Head, Digital Transformation (Robotic Process Automation)

A reputable China-based Bank with its Group Company listed in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre Division Head, supervising Robotic Process Automation projects team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform as a division head, supervising a small team of RPA projects and completing the implementation and deployment of RPA projects in accordance with the relevant compliance requirements

• Supervise the work execution of subordinates, provide appropriate guidance, and lead them to solve work difficulties to ensure timely completion of various tasks and work plans

• Advise and follow up on the banks business budget and performance management in accordance with the banks overall business development strategy

• Perform continuously evaluation and reengineering on the banks organizational structure, departmental functions, business operations & business process

• Responsible to design, form process re-engineering and to implement automation for the processes empower banks to achieve the digital transformation of business process automation

• Facilitate the development of financial technology for cost reduction and efficiency purpose

• Participate in customization development tasks in RPA projects, including Requirement Analysis, Functional Design, System Development, Testing Solutions, Project Delivery and Launch, Operation and Maintenance support etc.

• Participate in the completion of core functional development

• Coordinate with business development and management needs to streamline business processes and control operational risks

• Communicate with different business stakeholders to evaluate potential processes that can be streamlined

• Ultimately transform the processes from manual work to automation, including but not limited to account opening, settlement and FX & Remittance etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above

• At least 12 years of banking experience with 8 years of management experience

• Relevant experience in RPA development in Banking/Finance industry

• Familiar with common RPA development tools, such as ShadowBot-RPA, UiPath, iS-RPA, Blue Prism, etc.

• Strong knowledge of database management system such as SQL Server/ MySQL

• Good understanding of development process and code specification, exception handling, etc.

• Understanding of OCR technology, end-to-end automation, process automation is preferred

• Strong organizational skills with good problem-solving ability

• Desire, with good communication skills and able to work effectively with stakeholders

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable

• Title & offer commensurate with previous package and experience
