A fast-moving local Insurance Group is looking for a high-calibre Manager to drive digital business of Life Insurance Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to both the strategic and tactical planning of the business to achieve business growth and hit sales targets
  • Demonstrate advanced e-sales/service techniques to team, conduct market research and customer analysis to identify sales opportunities
  • Drive the implementation of business strategies to deliver a differentiated level service to customers
  • Analyze customer service-related information and evaluate the results to choose the best resolutions and alternatives to customer service challenges and to identify opportunities to improve customer service
  • Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure operation procedures are in compliance with the company and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and measure key performance indicators to determine and improve the effectiveness of all business activities
  • Develop and drive a culture that supports coaching, developing and motivating employees to perform to their highest standards

Requirements:

  • University Graduate in any disciplines
  • Rich insurance experience, preferably in Life Insurance Business
  • Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE paper 1 & 3)
  • Excellent E-business knowledge & experience in Call Centre an advantage
  • Good marketing senses and aggressive in business development
  • Knowledge in wide range of personal lines General Insurance products.
  • Good leadership & management skills
  • Able to work under pressure and deal with difficult situations in a friendly manner
  • Candidates with more experience can be considered as Senior Manager Level
