Head of Sales, IT Solutions (Technology)

A public listed Technology Company in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre Function Head to manage Sales Department to achieve the Companys sales target.

Responsibilities:

  • § Oversee sales function of the Company to achieve company sales goals, drive business growth and enhance brand awareness in the market
  • § Define sales strategies and yearly execution plan to achieve yearly company business goals according to budget assigned
  • § Manage sales team and work closely with all business units to achieve assigned sales targets of various business area of the company
  • § Drive new customer acquisitions via targeted customer coverage and business development through own business and industry networks
  • § Drive existing customer upgrade, add-on and account business growth through proper account strategies and coverage actions
  • § Recruit, develop and drive business results through partnerships ecosystem and channel networks
  • § Co-manage the Product team to define product strategies, plan for product enhancements by cooperating with the business unit heads as well as the R&D team

Requirements:

  • § Bachelor degree, EMBA / MBA or MSc in Information Technology is preferred
  • § Over 10 years sales and marketing experience, with over 5 years senior management experience in leading IT sales teams
  • Practical experience & hands-on skills on various kinds of Application Software, such as HRIS, Retail Management, Property Management, Procurement Systems, etc.
  • Solid track records in managing teams to achieve sizable targets, managing a portfolio of IT solutions as well as enterprise customer coverage in HK and Macau market
  • § Good C level relations in public sectors, FSI or commercial enterprises is preferred
  • § Passionate to software and solutions business, technologies and the future of digital transformation is a must
  • § Excellent leadership skills, aggressive and energetic, able to drive changes and performance, result-oriented and able to build and retain great teams
  • § Influencing communicator, good inter-personal skills and relations building skills
