Team Head, Commercial Banking

A fast-growing China-based Bank with its Group Company listed in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre Team Head, driving commercial lending business of Commercial Centre.

Responsibilities:

• Perform as a team head of Commercial Banking Business Centre, supervising a small team to drive new business and maintain existing portfolio

• Establish a portfolio by soliciting new prospective customers through personal connections

• Maintain, develop and expand customer relationships with commercial clients by providing professional financial solutions

• Croos-sell financial services to local clients

• Monitor the credit-worthiness of existing clients

• Coach junior Relationship Managers

Requirements:

University graduate or above

5 - 8 years' commercial relationship management experience

Pleasant, outgoing and self-motivated

Strong business connections with corporate clients

Able to work under pressure and tight schedules

Excellent credit analysis, report writing and presentation skills

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Chartered Banker is preferred

SFC and IIEQ licenses

Title & Offer commensurate with previous package and experience
