Human Resources Manager, Business Partner

A fast-growing China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a professional Human Resources Manager (BP) for her Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities:

• Closely collaborate with the functional areas and lines of business to guarantee that HR continues to offer policies, initiatives, processes, and activities that support the business activities

• Offer HR consultancy services to business divisions in charge of hiring and firing, performance evaluation, and succession planning

• Be in charge of the employment process and choose qualified people to match the demands of the business

• Establish effective connections with recruiting decision-makers both internally and externally

• Compile statistical analysis, workforce planning, and HR reporting

• Participate in ad hoc HR projects and new initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines

• At least 4 years of relevant experience as HR Generalist or Business Partner, preferably in banking or financial institutions

• Customer-centric attitude, organized and detail-oriented with a pro-active approach

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels

• Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
