About the job Human Resources Manager, Business Partner
A fast-growing China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a professional Human Resources Manager (BP) for her Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities:
- Closely collaborate with the functional areas and lines of business to guarantee that HR continues to offer policies, initiatives, processes, and activities that support the business activities
- Offer HR consultancy services to business divisions in charge of hiring and firing, performance evaluation, and succession planning
- Be in charge of the employment process and choose qualified people to match the demands of the business
- Establish effective connections with recruiting decision-makers both internally and externally
- Compile statistical analysis, workforce planning, and HR reporting
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects and new initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- At least 4 years of relevant experience as HR Generalist or Business Partner, preferably in banking or financial institutions
- Customer-centric attitude, organized and detail-oriented with a pro-active approach
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
