About the job Head of Agency Recruitment

A fast-moving local Insurance Group is looking for a high-calibre Head of Agency Recruitment to drive the Agencys Recruitment Targets. Reporting to Chief Agency Officer, the incumbent has to fully execute agency recruitment strategies and initiatives to achieve recruitment targets and oversee the function of Agency Recruitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the designed Districts to drive recruitment targets
  • Supervise and coach the team to review and perform due diligence for the agent applications by complying with the company and regulatory policies and/or guidelines.
  • Monitor the recruitment process with proper and effective control
  • Drive Recruitment Activities, such as Career Seminar, Recruitment Agencies, etc.
  • Design and revamp Recruitment Packages deemed necessary & compare market benchmarks to ensure the Companys Recruitment Schemes competitive in the market
  • Enhance the recruitment process/system and internal operating procedures for improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of the daily operations
  • Assist CAO o monitor the recruitment budget and cost for sales channels
  • Prepare, review and update all contracts and agreements of sales channels
  • Work in conjunction with Compliance / Legal / Internal Audit Departments to establish proper and effective governance and control mechanism for the daily operating process/procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics & Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Over 10 years relevant working experience in insurance business with knowledge in sales contracting sector, in which at least 5 years in managerial roles of agency development or agency recruitment
  • Familiar with the Recruitment Functions and markets of Insurance Industry
  • Thorough understand the agent recruitment packages and income structure
  • Good leadership skills & Attentive to details
  • Fast-learner and good team-player
  • Able to work independently and to meet tight deadline.
  • Excellent planning and interpersonal & communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
