About the job Personal Assistant to the Chairperson (Family Office)

A foreign-based Private Equity in Hong Kong is looking for a caring Personal Assistant to serve the Chairperson and coordinate with various business units & stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full secretarial & personal service and business & administrative support to the Chairperson
  • Arrange all the meetings, flight & train schedule, hotel accommodation and personal engagements for the Chairperson across various countries & regions
  • Assist in arranging appointments and meetings, and follow up on delegated tasks to ensure the progress of deadlines and keep project on schedule
  • Coordinate and liaise with various internal departments and external business partners on business operations and event management

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or above in business administration or a related field, preferably in Linguistics or Communication
  • Experience in servicing top executives in comprehensive companies in highly preferred
  • Mature personality, work smart, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Frequent travels across Europe, Asian countries & African countries a MUST (Those candidates who are not ready to have frequent travels WONT apply this job)
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua
  • Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing;
