(Senior) IT Regulatory Reporting Manager (Banking)

A fast-growing China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for (Senior) IT Regulatory Reporting Manager(s) under her IT department. 

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining IT solutions for regulatory reporting, including regulatory applications and reporting systems.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Working with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of new and existing regulatory reporting processes.
• Analyzing and interpreting regulatory data and preparing reports for management.
• Identifying and resolving any issues related to regulatory reporting.
• Monitoring and reviewing regulatory changes and ensuring compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with at least 7 years of experience in IT Regulatory Reporting preferrably within the banking industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HKMA banking regulations and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, knowledge in SAS / ALM system and Oracle application is highly preferable
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager.
