Account System Project Manager (Banking)

A fast-growing China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a professional Account System Project Manager for her Accounting System.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accounting standards and propose functional description, requirement analysis and change management for accounting general ledger and related banking systems

• Understand system functions and confirm the business scenario of each function of the system, interface input and output, business flow and processing rules, data reporting rules, etc.

• Participate in business variance analysis and validation

• Responsible for confirmation and maintenance of business parameters for data migration and reconciliation

• Confirm the specific configuration of business-related parameters of the new system in production operation, test the validity of business parameters, and analyze the changes of business parameters and related impacts

• Responsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the system, including the preparation of UAT cases, test data preparation, test execution, defect reporting and verification, and test report preparation

• Analyze the business processes and management methods involved in the system, and update or add new processes and systems if there are differences with the existing systems.

• Responsible for the system simulation and disposal of business problems in the production process

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines; Experienced in bank accounting system set up and related banking platform will be preferable

• Excellent in understanding of the accounting standards

• Ability to understand the banking system functions
