Manager, Card Maintenance and Personalization (Banking)

A reputable local bank in Hong Kong with a well-established Branch Network is looking for a Card Maintenance and Personalization Manager to join her Credit Card Department in Operations Division.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations on credit card and ATM card across account maintenance functions, card personalization out-sourced vendor management, and add-on services setup by using pre-defined KPI.
  • Participate in project development relating to new product / service / promotion, with special focus on provision of user requirements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Supervise the running of hotline serving internal enquiry from branches.
  • Supervise the teller transaction processing functions
  • Guide the Team by maximizing the routine resources in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Ensure compliance with the established policies, guidelines, card schemes and regulators.
  • Assist in office administrative functions management.
  • Assist Management / Business Uses in preparing routine MIS reports.
  • Support Department Head by undertaking the assigned roles and tasks.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience at supervisory level.
  • Awareness to operational risks, compliance, and logistic streamlining.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Understand general banking operations.
  • Good PC knowledge (e.g. MS office) and MACRO is an advantage.
