(Senior) Risk Manager (Licensed Corporation)

A full Licensed Corporation, covering RA1, 2, 4, 5 & 9, is looking for a professional Risk Manager handling risk & control function.

Responsibilities:

• Handle risk management related issues covering securities, futures, OTC products, fund investments and asset management

• Measure and monitor risks portfolios, include but not limited to investment, margin financing, liquidity and counterparty risks

• Design risk modelling for variety of products including securities and OTC products

• Review and update on risk management policies and procedures

• Ensure the internal control policies and business activities procedures are complied with the Hong Kong laws included SFC codes and guidelines

• Handle house fund set-up, fund management and related matters

• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above in Risk Management, Legal, Finance or relevant discipline

• Professional qualification such as CPA, CFA and FRM is an advantage

• 5-7 years of related working experience in risk management in financial services industry

• Hands-on experience in risk management development

• Knowledge in fund management and financial product operations in SFC regulated activities, candidate with experience in fund companies, asset management companies, securities companies are highly preferred

• Excellent communication skills at both spoken and written in English and Putonghua

• Title and offer commensurate with experience and previous package
