Human Resources Manager, Talent Acquisition & Business Partner (Banking)
A fast-growing China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a professional Human Resources Manager for her Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a recruitment manager focus on experienced hire of different business line
- Provide a full range of recruitment support and administrative services including but not limited to arrangement of the posting of job advertisements, assessment and selection, etc.
- Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends and Business Partner Service
- Manage and work with recruitment agencies for specialist and secondment placements
- Develop and utilize different channels / platforms for employer branding and talent sourcing
- As a HR Business Partner, provide HR advice and support for the user departments
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
- Familiar with candidate assessments, hiring intelligence and technology application
- Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
- Title & Offer commensurate with experience and qualification
