(Assistant) Human Resources Manager, Talent Acquisition (Banking)

A fast-growing China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a professional Human Resources Manager (Talent Acquisition) for her Human Resources Department

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a recruitment manager focus on experienced hire of different business line
  • Provide a full range of recruitment support and administrative services including but not limited to arrangement of the posting of job advertisements, assessment and selection, etc.
  • Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends
  • Manage and work with recruitment agencies for specialist and secondment placements
  • Develop and utilize different channels / platforms for employer branding and talent sourcing
  • Provide advice and support on the talent sourcing and onboarding exercises of Southeast Asian entities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
  • Familiar with candidate assessments, hiring intelligence and technology application
  • Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
  • Title & Offer commensurate with experience and qualification
