A Leading local insurance company is looking for a high-calibre Manager to manage and support Customer Service of Prestige Centre.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and monitoring the operations and service quality of Prestige Centre
- Champion one-stop service at Prestige Centre
- Deliver quality services to customers especially for MCV, in line with business strategies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle disputes and customer complaints, resolve with priority in accordance with the committed service standards
- Review workflows, procedures and systems to increase productivity and improve efficiency
- Participate in any projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree Holder or above
- IIQE Paper 1, 3 & 5
- Sound knowledge and at least 5 years of experience of daily operations in servicing customers from different channels
- With strong ability to cope with fast and dynamic pace, remarkable organizing and problems-olving skill
- Customer-focused, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English and Chinese and Putonghua
- Able to think and act independently without close supervision
- Shift duty is required when necessary
