Human Resources, Business Partner (Banking)

A reputable China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre HR Manager to act as Business Partner in supporting various HR Functions for various Business Units.

Responsibilities:

  • § Act as a business partner for daily HR management and related issues
  • § Liaise with various Line Managers and provide professional HR support and advice in the areas of manpower planning, budgeting, talent management, grievances handling and other HR matters
  • § Identify development opportunities for internal staff to sustain the talent pipeline
  • § Participate in HR projects when necessary

Requirements:

  • § Degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • § Qualifications on global mobility, taxation, talent management and / or psychometrics will be an advantage
  • § Minimum 5 years' work experience in regional HR, of which 3 years in managerial role
  • § Familiar with Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong and Mainland China and Southeast Asia
  • § Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure and independently with good time management
  • Good command of spoken & written Chinese & English and Fluency in Putonghua is a plus
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
