A fast-growing China-based Bank with its Group Company listed in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre Assistant Operations Manager/Officer (Customer Information Maintenance).
Responsibilities:
- Initiate plans concerning operation process, policies and workflow for the Customer Information Maintenance
- Reply to Regulatory Authorities and Other External Correspondence
- Communicate with external business partners for problem-solving
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree/diploma holder in Business Administration or Operations Management or any related disciplines
- Around 2 years' administrative and operations experience in Banking
- Responsible, detail minded and well organized
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
