A fast-growing China-based Bank with its Group Company listed in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre Assistant Operations Manager/Officer (Customer Information Maintenance).

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate plans concerning operation process, policies and workflow for the Customer Information Maintenance
  • Reply to Regulatory Authorities and Other External Correspondence
  • Communicate with external business partners for problem-solving
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree/diploma holder in Business Administration or Operations Management or any related disciplines
  • Around 2 years' administrative and operations experience in Banking
  • Responsible, detail minded and well organized
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
