e-Banking Manager (Contract)

A fast-growing China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre E-banking Manager to join her service team in the e-Banking Department.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to oversee and execute incident response for electronic banking

• Monitor and manage electronic channels, including ATM card transactions and electronic channel performance checks

• Manage daily operations related to ATM card production

• Update payment merchants, E-Brochure, and mobile applications

• Handle product/production-related inquiries and perform administrative tasks in the electronic banking department, such as contract renewal, account billing, and expense reimbursement

• Carry out tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, e-Commerce or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience from banking or financial industry with proven track records in digital media business, internet / mobile banking development, e-banking related projects

• Self-motivated, organized, creative with excellent problem-solving skill

• Be a good team player with strong analytical mindset plus able to manage multiple projects

• Good communication and interpersonal skills excellent command of English and Chinese in both spoken

• Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is highly desirable
