Customer Service Officer, One-year Contract (Banking)

A fast-growing China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a Customer Service Officer for her Online Banking Center.

Responsibilities:

• Provide multichannel customer service to customers including the handling of enquires and other related operations.

• Solicit business opportunities through cross-selling and outbound calls.

• Perform general support in center to smoothen the daily operation.

• Handle the day-to-day enquires and requests from customer.

• Provide quality service to both local and overseas customer via phone and other channels (i.e WeChat / Email / Chat).

• Responsible for inbound & outbound calls in order to achieve varies business objective.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above

• Excellent communication skill with strong customer-oriented mind set.

• Pro-active, self-motivated, mature and pleasant personality.

• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, Fluency in Putonghua is definitely an advantage.
