Manager, IT Operations (Financial Group)

A sizable and reputable Financial Group is looking for a high-calibre Manager in IT Operations to design, plan and lead the ITIL process, also supervise the operation team to deliver the BAU and manage services framework policies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, plan and lead the ITIL process and managed operations, preparing professional reports and documentation
• Supervise the operation team to deliver the BAU, projects and service request and accomplish the project goals
• Design and draw IT operation and managed services framework policies, documentation, and reporting
• Prepare technical proposal and budget, including pros & cons of different solutions options
• Handle and respond to inquiries/requests from internal departments, and clients in related matters
• Provide suggestions for streamlining operational procedures, increasing productivity, enhancing operational control, and achieving resource utilization by means of the system continuously

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years or above experience in IT operation and service management is required
• Strong project management skills; experience in IT services and operations is preferred;
• Knowledge in ITSM (ServiceNow, CA, Manage Engine, or others ITSM tools)
• Knowledge in Windows based infrastructure (M365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Azure cloud Infrastructure
• MCSE / MCITP / PMP certificate is preferred
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good written and spoken communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English
