District Head, Retail Banking

A fast-growing China-based Bank with its Group Company listed in Hong Kong & presence in China is looking for a high-calibre District Head, overseeing more than 10 Retail Branches in Retail Banking Division.

Responsibilities:

• § Responsible for overseeing a sizable District, covering more than 10 Retail Branches

• § Fully accountable for P&L, sales, business development strategies, operation management and compliance issues of the District

• Assist the Zone Head and Head of Retail Banking in business strategies and overall development

• § Oversee more than 10 Branch Managers in achieving sales and business targets

• § Recruit and select Branch Managers, Personal Banking Managers and Customer Service Managers and motivate the sales force

• Maintain service standards & sales compliance standards of all designated Branches to meet with HKMAs requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance or related disciplines; preferably with professional qualification in banking and CFP, etc.

• At least 10 years banking experience front-line relationship banking, branch management, operation management and customer service management

• Substantial knowledge on Investment, Insurance and General Banking Products

• Experience in commercial lending for SMEs an added advantage

• Strong leadership, management skills & coaching skills

• Proficient in Chinese word processing and MS Office Suite

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable;
