Senior Product Manager Deposit & Loan

A fast-growing China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a Professional Product Development Manager on Deposit & Loan Products in her Product Development Department.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies for deposit and loan growth to drive the Core Product business and revenue

• Formulate, develop and improve Deposit and Loan products and services in order to enhance the customer experience, business profitability and overall efficiency

• Manage, formulate of business plans and constantly monitor tracking and make recommendations to improve the overall Deposit and Loan business performance and meet the assigned objectives

• Conduct market intelligence and analyze customers behavior to facilitate the formulation of business plans

• Prepare regular reports regarding the business for Management

• Coordinate with various internal and external parties to facilitate a smooth project implementation process

• Analysis and manage regular MIS for formulating plan and presentation preparation

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline

• At least 10 years of working experience in banking industry, preferably relevant experience in Deposits and Loans Products

• Good knowledge on deposit and loan products/services and related regulatory requirements

• Strong Interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

• Independent, attentive to details, customer-oriented, and with positive and proactive working attitude

• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure

• Good management skills & coaching skills

• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
