IT Support Officer (Banking) (1-year contract, subjects to renewable)

A reputable China-based Bank with its Group Company listed in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre IT Support Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end user support on IT incident

• Responsible for office computer installation and configuration

• Perform basic troubleshooting diagnosis in office applications, printers, networks etc.

• Provide technical support for on-site conferences of the company

• Provide health inspection of equipment if required

• Escalate the incident to senior support if required

• Perform well service-oriented mind set and supporting co-ordinate ability

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above on Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

• At least 1 year relevant working experience on end-user support, Window server support and network maintenance

• Working experience in banking & finance industry is preferable

• Good knowledge in PC systems, Windows server

• Able to work effectively and independently

• A good team player with sound communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable

• Immediate available is preferred
