(Assistant) Financial Management Manager, Regulatory Reporting (Banking)

A fast-growing China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a high-calibre Financial Management Manager for handling financial regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare statutory financial reports under HKMA reporting standards

• Monitor changes related to the Banks asset and liability portfolio

• Assist in the establishment, maintenance, and improvement of financial compliance systems and management information systems

• Assure the financial data provided meets the requirements of the HKMA and banking regulations

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, MIS or related disciplines

• At least 4 years banking experience in financial regulatory reporting; Experience in performing UAT will be an advantage

• Strong knowledge in Basel III and HKMA regulatory requirements

• A high initiative team player with strong analytical and report-writing skills; Ability to work under pressure

• Conversant with Chinese word processing and MS Office Suite; Knowledge in Oracle or Hyperion application is highly preferable

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Financial Management Manager
