Business Performance Manager (Financial Group)

A sizable and reputable Financial Group is looking for a high-calibre Business Performance Manager to support business development of Sales Management of her Business Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the business platform MIS function to generate regular reports for performance management

• Support development of platform business and the transition of business strategy into budget targets

• Perform analysis on business performance of the lines of products/services, channels and segments, provide insightful MIS and management reports to the senior executive

• Set financial goal measurement and performance indicators for the lines of products/services, channels and segments

• Provide market and business trend analysis, business performance forecast, variance analysis and advise on adjustment actions

• Maintain effective communication of business performance insight to business teams

• Lead and participate in various MI projects, collaborate with various parties to ensure smooth launch of projects

Requirements:

University degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business performance analysis, preferably in financial industry

Sound analytical, problem solving, project management and presentation skills

Strong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure

Proficient in MS Office, with sound knowledge in MS Excel

Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
