(Assistant) Human Resources Manager, HRIS (Banking)
A fast-growing China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a professional Human Resources Manager (HRIS) for her Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of the HR information systems
- Record and process employee information including annual leave, salaries, and working hours
- Support management on structural policy matters related to the HRIS
- Provide Support to the HRIS project and related tasks
- Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data
- Work alongside the IT department to perform regular assessments and improvements
- Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation
- Oversee all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department
- Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
- Practical experience with HR database administration, including payroll systems
- Knowledgeable in Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
- Candidate will less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
