A fast-growing is currently seeking experienced Relationship Managers to join our team and contribute to our business growth in external asset management services. Responsibilities:
- Foster and cultivate long-term relationships with a high-net-worth portfolio of clients.
- Manage clients' overall wealth by assessing their financial needs and providing tailored solutions, including but not limited to investments, insurance, and other banking products.
- Demonstrate genuine curiosity to identify prospective financial needs of clients.
- Refer potential clients to other appropriate business units when necessary.
- Achieve individual sales targets.
- Adhere to local and global compliance standards, fulfilling audit requirements and maintaining quality assurance.
- Uphold operational integrity and business principles as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder in economics & finance, business management & any related disciplines
- HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 and IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relationship management experience in the banking or asset management industry.
- Advanced knowledge of financial markets, encompassing both investment and insurance.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering quality service.
- Demonstrated maturity and independence, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Cantonese; Putonghua is a definite plus.
- Candidates without banking background or with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Director and with rich experience be considered as Director Level
- Candidates under TTPS (高端人才通行證計劃) or QMAS (香港優秀人才入境計劃) are welcome.
