Business Technology Manager (Robotic Process Automation)

A reputable China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for Business Technology Manager (Robotic Process Automation) in her IT Dept

Responsibilities:

• Application system project management and coordination, business analysis and testing, implementation and support
• Skilled in process mapping, analysis of as-is and to-be processes, and gap assessments
• Prioritize and plan resources in system implementation, control budget and monitor project execution progress
• Liaise among users and the technical developers to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented
• Formulate Test Plans, conduct UAT and regression test
• Provide user support to business units

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Studies
• Over 3 years of working experience as business analyst or project manager. Banking experience is a plus.
• Sound knowledge in whole project life cycle with experience on RPA is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills
• Good team player, self-motivated, creative, ability to work under pressure
• Willing to work in competent, challenging, team-working and multi-vendors environment
• Fluent in Cantonese and good in spoken & written English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
