Digital Marketing Manager (Banking)
Our client is a leading Hong Kong based financial services group listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, serving the needs of customers throughout Greater China and beyond, with the operation one of the largest branch networks in Hong Kong. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive corporate banking, personal banking, wealth management, and investment services to its customers in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and other major markets around the world. She is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join her Bank.
Responsibilities:
- To be a team member of Digital Marketing Department
- To develop effective digital marketing strategy and drive performance-based digital campaigns to achieve business targets and acquire customers
- To work closely with external agency partner and internal team to drive revenue growth, launch new campaigns, optimise day-to-day performance marketing activities via digital channels and explore new online acquisition and user engagement opportunities
- To identify new and creative collaborations with different platforms, partnerships (incl. KOLs) and technologies to optimise business and marketing performance channels for APP downloads and user growth
- To assist with tracking, analysis and reporting of performance metrics and provide insights for improving digital key metrics
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above preferably in Business Administration, Marketing and/or Communications, e-Commerce, or related discipline
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and planning skills
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight schedule
- Strong team player and good people skills for managing multiple stakeholders and for motivating and guiding team members.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience gained from digital marketing field, e-business or digital agency.
- Experience in financial services is desirable but not required.
- Proven track record in managing effective and innovative marketing and/or digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing techniques, technology trends and market best practice
- Have strong knowledge of China market will be an advantages
- Ability to be creative, with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that are engaging, informative and motivate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
