Role And Responsibilities

  • Manage medium-scale of agency portfolios and maintain strong relationships and rapport with agents through frequent interaction
  • Contribute to the sales channel practices to improve agents productivity and efficiency
  • Track and monitor agents' performance to identify areas of improvement and implement enhancement actions.
  • Maximize sales and drive business growth through effective delivery and implementation of initiatives and promotions
  • Execute recruitment strategies and plans for growing the sales force
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of changes and new initiatives with other functional areas.
  • Work closely with the compliance team on complaint investigation and regulators' enquiries. Participate in any special projects as assigned.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • University graduate.
  • 8+ years of experience in life insurance. Experience in HK market and understanding of Asian culture highly desirable. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Experience in managing projects and major change programs
  • Exposure to wealth management desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
