Human Resources Manager, Compensation & Benefits (Banking)
An expanding China-based Bank with strong presence of cross-border business is looking for a high-calibre HR Manager, C&B in her Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities
§ Provide support to full spectrum of C&B functions
including but not limited to compensation & benefits policies, reward &
remuneration strategies, performance management & bonus, etc.
Handle annual C&B exercises and manage
projects related to C&B functions, including but not limited to salary
review, trend & survey, benefits review, market survey, bench marking etc.
§ Review and updates on related C&B policies, changes in laws & HKMA policies
§
Perform as the
Secretary for Rewards & Remuneration Committee
Requirements
§ Master Degree Holder in Human Resources or related discipline & IANG graduates
§ At least 5 years of related experiences gained from banking industry
§ Familiar with the HKMA regulatory requirements and Labour Ordinance
§ Sensitive with numbers & good at analysis and figures
§ Excellent communication skills and proactive at work
§ Good knowledge of HRIS system
§ Proficient in MS Office and Excel
§ Native Putonghua and excellent Chinese writing skills
